RefWorks can be accessed by using web browsers: • Internet Explorer Version 5.0 or later • Netscape Version 4.7 or later

Log in using the link on the library’s home page: http://www.ufv.ca/library. If you are logging in for the first time, you will need to sign up for an account and will receive an email message confirming your registration. You can also access RefWorks from home. Use the link on the library’s home page, and enter yourre ID number (student or employee) and password when prompted. On rare occasions, you may experience a problem connecting via the library’s link. If this happens, try going directly to http://refworks.scholarsportal.info/ – you will need to enter the Group Code from the email confirmation you received when you signed up for an account. I keep getting error messages when I try to log in. Help! Make sure your browser or internet security/firewall software is not blocking the RefWorks site. Some browsers have a setting where you can make RefWorks a trusted site.
