How can incident narratives easily be entered?
This is best achieved through the command line where the operator continually enters narratives as data becomes available. This method provides a number of advantages. First by entering data in pieces it is immediately broadcast to all applicable workstations. Secondly others may also be entering narrative pieces so a more accurate time stamp is attached showing the flow of activity.Of course the system has a form fill method of data entry which will permit large blocks of narrative to be added. This is typically used after the event so that initial reports may be completed.
