How can I view or receive information about my client’s CollegeAdvantage Direct account?
A. In order for the Tuition Trust to be able to provide you account information over the phone, your client will need to send the Tuition Trust a letter granting their permission for you to receive account information over the phone. Your client can provide you with their online account username and password in order for you to have access to online account information. The Tuition Trust can not send quarterly account statements to third parties at this time.
