It is important to do what you are doing and take him out to give him every opportunity to ‘GO’ outside. Make sure you give him and treat and/or lots of praise when he does potty outside. When he is inside he should either be in his crate or you need to be keeping a VERY close eye on him. Pay special attention to his actions before he potty’s this will definitely make training easier. If he starts to go in the house yell ‘NO’ and scoop him up and take him immediately outside. If he goes out there give lots of praise and treat. It may take a few months but this should work.
