How can I prove shes an unfit mother?
Well courts don’t just issue restraining orders for nothing. It seems your son has already been declared and acted unfit to only get supervised visitation and have a restraining order. If the child mattered to him he would pay the extra or arrange for a third party agreeable to the court who would not charge him to supervise the visits. Obviously he doesn’t care and you are no better, you admit in the sentence “She takes good care of the child” she is a fit mother. Edit: be thankful this woman takes good care of the child my future step daughters mother (and I use that term loosely) has 3 count them 3 different restraining orders against her, has been charged with 5 crimes including domestic violence, stalking, child custody interference, and fraud in the last year (she plead them all down). Has two suspended jail sentances supervised probation, an ankle monitor, and is currently facing 5 counts of contempt of court for violating er court ordered parenting classes and not paying her co
No offense but they don’t give out restraining orders just on a whim he must have done something to her to earn it. And you just said she is a good mother so why the hell would you want to take her kids away. That is just plain WRONG! Tell your son to get his act together and see if his ex will take off the restraining order. I really hope no one helps you find a ‘loophole” so you can separate a perfectly good mother and her children. OH and it’s not up to you if she wants to date or work full time for that matter welcome to the 21 century!
You are a jerk. She works but you rather see here on welfare. Baby daddy dates so why cant she. You even said shes a good mother. Let them work out there own problems. Obviously he is the bad parent if she has a restraining order. You can’t just go pick those up at the liquor store you have to show just cause to be GRANTED a restraing order.
