When the browser loads this page, it will go through its normal means of installing an ActiveX control (for Internet Explorer) or Netscape Plug-in for Communicator. By itself, the JApplet cannot force the download of the Plug-in. For 1.3 and 1.4, you don’t need the converter. Just install the latest version of the Java Plugin and your all set.
