eyeliner, but do it exactly UNDER your waterline, because sometimes it could just make your eyes look smaller, and if you have dark eyes, i wouldnt really suggest it but if you have bright eyes like (blue or green] eyeliner should really make them pop !(: if you have dark brown eyes, or light brown eyes i would go with purple eyeliner since purp brings out brown.
