How can I get a flat stomach and toned legs in two weeks?
Two weeks is optomistic, but I would recommend Jogging. It tones your legs and burns calories, you’ll see improvement in your running distance and your legs in 2 weeks I think. If you want toned legs be warned, it may burn! Be sure to do a short 1-2 minute very slow jog, followed by the correct stretches, then do your proper job (at your own pace, but push yourself!) then stretch again and have a gentle 1-2 minute walk to cooldown and get rif of excess lactic acid (this will reduce muscles pains alot). I’m not a big fan of eating less, but if you do plan to change your diet, eat more healthily, get your 5 fruit and veg portions a day and don’t go too far over 2000 calories a day. Also you could try cycling to the local shop instead of driving etc, things like that. Hope this helps 🙂 ps. also I believe it is better to have a goal waist/leg size than a goal weight. You may end up weighing more, but being thinner and more toned, remember muscle weighs roughly twice as much as fat!
