You can buy a device that emits a high pitched electrical sound which will deter the cats from going into your garden (so long as they arn’t deaf). My neighbour has one ‘hidden’ in her hedge, i can hear it when walking up my path, its to stop my cats from going into her garden.

You can put red pepper granials where cats have been. Or u can use pine oil cut 50-50 with water .keep away from plants. This also works on trash bags’ the sent keeps them away.
