How can I add an RSS feed to my WebCT Vista section?
RSS is a format which is used to publish frequently-updated digital content, such as weblogs, news feeds or podcasts. These feeds allow you to get the latest content in one place, as soon as its published, without having to visit the websites you have taken the feed from. Here is an example of an RSS feed – in this instance the BBC News. A tool is now available for adding an RSS feed to your WebCT Vista section. The Adding an RSS feed to your section webpage will guide you through the steps necessary to enable the RSS tool for your WebCT Vista section, add the tool to a page in your section and explain what the options are for configuring the tool. Note: the tool will not work for feed types other than RSS/RDF (e.g. Atom).
