A. This is a good example of the fee flag which can be set up in conjunction with fee transactions that can be linked to each fee flag. Typically there would be fee flags to indicate monthly, term, half yearly and yearly account preferences. Then, in the student fee area, set up a monthly fee transaction made that links to the monthly fee flag and so on. Care then needs to be taken to generate the correct fee.
