How are viewings arranged?
All calls and viewings come through to us. When we have someone who would like to view the property, we will contact you with various times that the potential buyer can view and come to a mutually convenient time. As we believe the owner knows their property better than anyone else, we ask you to show the potential buyer around. We will then contact you with feedback on the viewing to help you improve your chances of selling your home.
We will arrange a viewing for a time convenient to you. Some owners who are still living in their property may want to conduct the viewing themselves. This often gives you the opportunity to ask questions first hand. Alternatively, a member of the sales team may accompany applicants. We will always accompany a viewing to an empty property.
