Please make sure the images within the HTML are “hosted” correctly on a server before you send the HTML creative through to us. Ideally all of the images within the HTML email should be hosted by the organisation booking the campaign. If necessary Thomson can organise hosting for images: set-up takes a minimum of 5 days and an additional cost of 2p per email broadcast will be incurred. If you have any questions regarding the hosting of images please contact your Account Manager.
