How are the All-Star teams selected?

The coach of each Divisions Championship Team is automatically named the All-Star Coach. If he/she declines then the 2nd place teams coach is offered the position. All-Star players are selected from nominations received from each of the Divisions Head Coaches. All rosters must be approved by the Board of Directors. All-Star teams compete against other NJB Chapter All-Stars in a round robin type format with winners being invited to play in NJBs National All-Star Tournament.
