How are related items determined?
Political Streams uses a number of methods to determine relationships. These include the graph of links between weblog posts and news articles, the association of people and places within a document and even information found in Freebase (e.g. showing that one person is the spouse of another). While each relationship follows a clear path in the data, we don’t yet expose that information to the user.
