How are Orders Processed?
Orders are shipped through UPS. They are processed in order received. The are processed Monday – Friday 8am-5pm., orders are shipped within 24 – 48 hours after being placed. You may choose a Priority Processing Service 2nd Day or Next Day Air option at checkout and these are processed before all other orders. If your product is on backorder for more than a week you will be notified. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for Ground delivery depending on your location in the U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O., APO, FPO Boxes or outside the U.S. Return to top • Foreign OrdersSorry, we no longer ship internationally due to a high rate of fraud and current amount of added paper work and handling. We are willing to make exception on larger pre paid orders. A. We will process all customer orders that come from your website as well as customer service and returns. In order to receive commissions on their purchases, please make sure your affiliate links and banners all have your affiliate ID Number. You are responsible for all linking on your site and if commisions are not being credited, we will make every effort to help troubleshoot the problem. But you are ultimately responsible for all linking.
