How are new appointments identified by the users who scheduled it?
New appointments can be identified by using prefixes. Example: appointment coffee with Ron will be shown as ‘[JS] coffee with Ron if this appointment is created or updated on John Smiths computer for which prefix JS has been set. You can have OsaSync use prefixes on the OsaSync advanced options window – Outlook Item options Appointments tab.
