VCE Planned Program Teams (PPT) develop Extension programs and review programs on an annual basis to meet needs identified through stakeholder input. Problems and issues identified through situation analysis are communicated through the system and educational program proposals are developed by interdisciplinary PPTs composed of specialists and agents. The program proposals developed by PPTs are reviewed by VCE programming leadership. Program proposals that most appropriately reflect and address local problems and issues are selected for implementation.
