Enhanced podcasts is a format supported by Apple that combines audio with images and chapters. You can create them with GarageBand, and have them play on iPods. Since this format is specific to Apple, we convert the media format to video when you post an enhanced podcast. We provide the option to retain the original format when publishing enhanced podcasts, or to convert them to MP3, audio only. In this case, your audience must have a compatible player to view the media. Examples are iTunes, QuickTime Player, iPod, and iPhone.
