How are data errors are resolved?
Upon receipt of the QC reports, the reports are printed, distributed to the appropriate site staff, and reviewed for content. The sites pull the original CRFs, review the problem description, and if appropriate, make all corrections directly on the original CRF. All changes are initialed and dated on the forms. The sites can communicate with DF/Net to provide feedback not directly related to changed data if needed. Since the reports are also bar-coded as DataFax forms, sites can make notes directly on the printed QC reports and fax them back to DF/Net.The original CRF, with initialed and dated changes, are then faxed to DataFax at DF/Net.
