How are coach seats allocated?

0

On European holidays, seats are allocated according to the date your booking form is received starting from the front of the coach. You will be advised of your seat number in your final holiday details. For Far Away Places and USA holidays, we operate a rotational seating system.

On European coach holidays, seats are allocated according to the date your booking was received starting from the front of the coach, unless specific requests have been made at the time of booking. Coach seats are allocated on your holiday tour coach only and not on feeder coaches. Seats will be reserved for the duration of the continental part of your holiday and you will be advised of your seat numbers, along with a coach-seating plan, with your final travel documents that are sent out 10 days before departure. For clients wishing to sit at the front of the coach, please see page 3 of our brochure for details of how this can be guaranteed. On worldwide holidays, seats are rotated on all tours under the direction of the tour manager.
