How are cameras dispatched?
Cameras are dispatched by City Link couriers on a next working day arrangement. Items will be delivered to your chosen address in most cases between 9am and 2pm. Smaller items (cases, batteries, memory cards etc) are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. We can ship to a separate address other than the billing address, although this should be a work address and preferably not another residential address. Items sent by Camerabox will require a signature, if no-one is there to sign for the item, the courier will leave a card with their contact detials on and a reference of your individual consignment number.
