• Winners may claim/redeem their prizes at MASTERCARD INTERNATIONAL PHILIPPINES, INC., 904 Tower One & Exchange Plaza, Ayala Triangle, Ayala Avenue, Makati City. • Winners must sign the Release, Waiver and Quit Claim Form and present the Official Notification Letter, their winning eligible MasterCard, Premium Debit, Unembossed MasterCard or MasterCard Electronic card, the original SOA or the charge slip (indicating the winning overseas transaction/purchase), their TIN, CTC, and any valid photo-ID.
