Have The Mayans Predictions Ever Been Wrong?

That is a strange question. Especially given that the Mayans never predicted anything about 2012, I fail to see the link between their “prediction record” and the Big 2012 Hoax. The ‘only’ prediction that is Mayan, in relation to 2012, is that one of the Mayan calendars (a day-count calendar called ‘Long Count’) will have a round figure. Like all day-count calendar, this one works by simply adding 1 to the date, every day. The ‘prediction’ is that there will be a round figure in 2012. Well, that is not surprising (their calendar has a round figure every 394 1/4 year). The last round figure was in 1618 (day number 12.00.00.00.00); the upcoming one is Dec. 21 2012 (day number 13.00.00.00.00) and the next one will be in 2407. ALL (I can’t underline, so I’ll capitalize) ALL the predictions for the Big 2012 Hoax are fake. In fact, most of them had not been written for 2012 in the first place. The Big 2012 Hoax was created by bringing together a bunch of hoaxes and lies and stories. Examples
