Anywhere from 78 to 82 degrees. Do not store in damp place or leave the lid off. MSM is one of the most stable of all materials. It will NOT deteriorate with storage in room temperature, even if it is left in an open container it will not absorb moisture and will not be harmed or ruined. Do not put MSM in your freezer or refrigerator or freezing areas, for it will crystallize.
