• Paste the Test Survey URL into the Microsoft Word document. • To prevent the Test Survey URL from being clickable, remove the hyperlink (right-click the link and select Remove Hyperlink). • Include a note like the one below with the URL in the Word document: “To view and test the survey draft without affecting the results, copy and paste this URL into your web browser’s address bar.” Microsoft Word has a known issue that causes it to redirect the survey participant to the wrong page.
