FM CPCalc: Why do I get a critical error #140 when running enroute gradient calculation above 36,760 feet?

When using the Gradient Calculator to determine enroute gradients above 36,760 ft, a critical error (#140) is returned for the 75FM CPCalc. This is due to a limitation in available altitudes when calculating thrust values. The AFM gradient table range is covered, however, as they only go up to a pressure altitude of 35,000 ft.
