Explain the “presence management” and “instant messaging” features?
Instant Messaging is simply a window on your PC that allows you to send real-time text messages to others, similar to what people use on their Internet connection from AOL or yahoo. Our Corporate version is a business tool, so it is more secure and limits users to intra-company messaging. Presence is a feature which gives you a visual display on your PC indicating when co-workers are in their office, on-line, on their phone, available for a call or IM, or away from their desk.
