– JWS======================96/09 From-> Russ_Freerking Subject: FL SEQUENCING AND BLOCK SCHEDULINGOur four year high school (625+ enrollment, 675 next year) is currentlystudying the pros and the cons of going to a 4×4 block schedule for the1996-97 school year with periods lasting 85-90 minutes. I think I wouldbe able to adapt to this type of schedule, but my concerns are thesequencing of FL levels 1,2,3 and 4. Also, the big fight is going tocome with the music people (band, orchestra and chorus) as well asphysical education teachers. They are worried about scheduling theirclasses, rehearsal and lesson times.
