Does Tonkon Torp provide mentors?
In addition to the mentoring relationships that informally develop as you work with the firm’s lawyers, each summer associate is assigned a mid- to senior-level associate mentor. Your mentor is a confidential resource who can review your work product; provide guidance on office procedures; set up lunch meetings with partners and other associates; and help with any questions or problems you may have. Mentors are not involved in deciding whether offers will be extended at the end of the summer.
