Through the leadership of the Executive Director of the Planning Council, the staff organizes, manages and carries out all of the administrative activities of the Planning Council and all of its committees. This task is required in order for the work of the Planning Council to go forward. Since the recruitment of staff in 1994 the Planning Council has made marketed accomplishments and has assisted in the large increases in the NEMA’s annual federal funding from HRSA.The Planning Council maintains an office at 315 North Sixth Street, Second Floor, P.O.
