Does the library take used book donations?
The library does take donations of used books. The books should be clean and in good condition. The books are taken with the understanding that they will be added to our collection at the Director’s discretion. Donated materials will be added only if they meet the same standards required of purchased materials. Items not meeting those standards, those that are out-of-date, un-needed duplicates of items already owned, or those in a format unsuitable for library use, will be set aside for future book sales. Proceeds from sales are used to purchase needed items for the library.
