The eTEN programme aims at funding electronic services, not infrastructure. In recent years the structural funds have invested in telecommunication infrastructure. More information can be found in the Final Report for the Thematic Evaluation of the Information Society. Q: I would like to know if my proposal is suitable for one or more of the thematic areas (themes) of eTEN in 2005. A: For specific questions about the extent to which a proposal fits into the scope of the programme, please contact first the National Contact Point (NCP) for your country and then if needed the eTEN project officer(s) responsible for the theme(s) you are interested in.
