Does studying through Open Universities Australia affect my Student Learning Entitlement?

A. If you’re an Australian or New Zealand citizen, or the holder of a permanent visa, your Student Learning Entitlement (SLE) gives you access to seven years equivalent full-time study in a Commonwealth supported place. Open Universities Australia does not offer any Commonwealth supported places, and therefore you don’t lose any of your SLE when you study through us. This is regardless of whether you pay your fees upfront or using FEE-HELP. Your FEE-HELP balance and SLE are not connected.
