Stand-up comedy is definitely made for the clubs because only they are able to create this special atmosphere where almost everything can happen. And even if the guy on stage sucks like hell, you still can have a good laugh at him with the other people sitting there. It’s still a special group experience that TV hardly can generate because the comedy develops through the interaction between the guy on stage and his audience.
