Does Smallbiz allow my clients to confirm a SMS appointment message automatically into the appointment book?
Yes you most definitely do this. We have had this for a while, where you SMS the client about their appointments, they can Y / N or type a message and it will be sent back to your computer at the site. Smallbiz will automatically confirm those that indicated, and give you the responses of those that didnt.
