Does SIBOR receive licensing information directly from the Department of State on an ongoing basis?
No. SIBOR must rely on its members to keep it updated on changes of association, terminators, new licensees etc. DOS is consulted but does not notify us directly. Designated REALTORS® are required to notify us directly. Designated REALTORS® are required to notify SIBOR of any changes within 30 days of occurrence.
