Does MyUA have regularly scheduled outages?

Yes. MyUA undergoes an outage every Friday from 8:30-9:30pm for regularly scheduled backups. When MyUA needs an upgrade or a fix and the like, it occurs on Sundays. The time of day and length of the outage depends on the nature of the work. The outages are noted through the help desks and via the System Announcements Channel in MyUA. We strive for 48 hours advance notice – longer if possible.
