Does Member$MART update automatically during an extended session or must the screen be manually refreshed?
When users are in extended sessions on Member$MART they may not have the correct balance information displayed on their screen in the financial transaction register. This happens when a user is in an extended session and automated settlement entries are then posted to their account. The automated settlement entries display correctly but the associated balances are no longer up-to-date. Users can resolve this by creating a new session signing-out and then logging back in. For this reason we recommend that users establish a new session prior to performing any share transfers.
