Yes. When you select “Webcast” while setting up your webcast using the Webcast Communicator panel (See Step 5: Start a Webcast in the Meetinghouse Webcast Guide), the Webcast Communicator builds a 60-second buffer into the transmission to help minimize the impact of fluctuations in bandwidth.
