Does Human Resources provide a format for peer, customer, and/or subordinate performance input?
Human Resources doesn’t have a standardized format for those types of input. However, the Human Resources website does have a sample of a peer input form that can be used. Some departments around campus use their own format for customer, peer, or subordinate input. These formats range from gathering survey information to running focus groups. Before you implement something like that, we encourage you to talk with your HR Generalist in order to be sure you are factoring in consistency, fairness, and appropriate ways of sharing the feedback.
