Does EMF cause cancer?
A. Epidemiological studies have shown there is a correlation between EMF and cancer victims. No proof has been submitted that definitively demonstrates how EMF can be the mechanism that initiates cancer, but research continues. However, most scientific evidence seems to indicate EMF acts more as an immune stressor, making it extremely difficult for us to naturally fight off the invading agents. Therefore, EMF may not be a cause of cancer, but rather a promoter that lowers our defenses when we are exposed to other carcinogens. A National Institute of Health panel voted to accept the position that EMF should be regarded as a possible human carcinogen.
