Does Cabbage Soup Diet Work ?
nope… it’s a fad that has been going around for years. All it does is promote fluid loss. The weight being lost is not fat, but water. Once you are done the diet, your weight all bounces right back. You are much better off to begin an exercise program while you are on the diet if you are determined to give it a try. If you go on it, you will be encouraged by the initial weight loss, but the cabbage soup… you’ll become very tired of it very quickly. If quick weight loss encourages you enough to stick with an attainable exercise regime, then this might be a method to jumpstart weight loss. If you aren’t into exercising, back away from the cabbage soup…
