Does bitrate matter?
• The importance of bitrate is dependant your personal preference for quality or quantity. If you would prefer to have as many MP3s as possible on your device, then you should opt for a lower bitrate when encoding your files. However this will affect the sound quality, so if that is more important to you, you should opt for a higher bitrate, which in turn will decrease the amount of MP3s your player will hold.
