Does an “experienced applicant” need to follow the maximum cost per MSY according to the number of years it has operated a different AmeriCorps program in the past?
Not necessarily. If an organization has administered a CaliforniaVolunteers-funded AmeriCorps program in the past five years, but is submitting an application for a completely new program design, it may enter the cost per MSY schedule as a first year program. For more information on the definition of experienced and new programs, see pages 11-13 of the RFA.
