Of course, the best way to reduce scratching or denting is by using a little tender loving care. Try to avoid dropping your case off of buildings, throwing it across the room or sliding it across rough or jagged surfaces. For your information, the silver color tends to hide scratches the best. A deep scratch will show silver, therefore, there is not much contrast between the scratch and the silver finish.
