No. Speaking from experience random sex is fun and exhilarating but not a cure for loneliness or a lost love. Loneliness must be born with a strong heart and a lost love must have ebbed away before new dawns rise with someone else. To embark on random sex when you are in a fragile state will only serve to temporarily boost your mood and actually reinforce the feelings you felt before the encounter, possibly making you feel more lost and alone.
