Do you have any data that directly compares a formulation made with the NanoActive technology against a nanoformulation made using one of the other approaches?
We have not directly evaluated our approach versus competitor technologies internally. However, some of our partners have put our formulations into internal tests, where they have compared our NanoActive formulations with e.g. samples generated by nano-milling and high pressure homogenization techniques as well as more traditional approaches such as salt formation. These tests have been very promising as we have seen AUC and tmax increases in one case of upto 10 times, with 2-3 times AUC values achieved with the alternative approaches. Ultimately, this of course, needs to be evaluated case-by case as part of a Proof-of-Concept project (POC) that we find a great way to initiate a cost efficient and risk free collaboration with our partners.
