No. The base software will allow for VPN once the optional ProCurve SR 7100/7200 IPSec Module is purchased and installed. Client-to-site (remote accesss) VPN capability is handled with the ProCurve VPN Client connection to and termination at the ProCurve router with an IPSec module.
