Do summer associates receive mentoring?
Each summer associate is assigned a partner mentor and an associate mentor who together act as social and professional liaisons, facilitating introductions, providing guidance on work assignments as well as assisting to integrate the summer associate into the firm. The summer mentors communicate with the Summer Associate Committee which meets regularly to ensure that each summer associate has a balance of challenging work assignments, constructive feedback and opportunities to meet a broad range of our attorneys during the summer program.
